On July 5 and 6, 2018. Amb. Dho Young-shim, UN SDGs Advocate and Chairperson of the International Charity Fund (ICF), was part of a mission in Kigali, Rwanda, together with the Korea International Cooperation Agency – KOICA. The mission included a meeting at the Sustainable Development Goals Center for Africa, with Dr. Belay Begashaw, Director General and members of his team, an inspection of the land selected to build a new SDGs Center for Africa, a visit of tourist facilities and businesses run by women, and an assessment visit of the 146th UN SDGs Thank You Small Library established by the ST-EP Foundation in July 2014.
