Amb DHO Young-shim attended the PATA (Pacific Asia Travel Association) Session on Nov. 6, 2019, at the World Travel Market in London, UK, as Special Advisor of PATA. Titled ‘Personalisation and Customised Travel, the Drivers of Asian Tourism’, this special session was aimed at identifying some of the key trends that are shaping the growth of tourism in the Asia Pacific region, from destination development to digital marketing.
